1. Overview

X Tools respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how X Dual Capture handles information when you use the app.

X Dual Capture is an on-device camera utility for supported iPhone models. It can capture front and rear camera views, create Picture-in-Picture or split layouts, and save photos or videos. No X Tools account is required.

Unless this policy says otherwise, X Tools does not collect, upload, store, sell, rent, or share your photos, videos, audio recordings, live camera content, or personal information.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

X Dual Capture does not collect:

• Photos, videos, live camera frames, or microphone recordings
• Face data, biometric identifiers, or facial templates
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials
• Advertising identifiers, browsing history, or search history
• Payment card or bank account information

The app does not require registration and does not create a user profile on X Tools servers.

3. On-device Camera and Media Processing

Camera preview, dual-camera capture, layout composition, zoom processing, recording, and export are performed locally on your device.

X Tools does not operate a server that receives or stores your camera media. Your content remains under your control unless you choose to save it to Photos, share it, transfer it, or back it up through Apple or another service.

If you use the iOS share sheet, the destination app or service may process the selected content under its own privacy policy.

4. Device Permissions

Camera

Camera access is required to show previews and capture photos or videos from supported front and rear cameras.

Microphone

Microphone access is used only when recording video with audio enabled. You may deny microphone access and continue using features that do not require sound.

Photo Library

Photo Library access may be requested when you save captured media. Depending on iOS and your choice, the app may receive add-only access or access limited to selected items.

Managing permissions

You can review or change access in Settings › Privacy & Security or Settings › X Dual Capture. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

5. In-App Purchases

X Dual Capture may offer an optional one-time Pro purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases. X Tools does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank information, or Apple Account password.

The app may receive limited transaction information from Apple, such as the product identifier, purchase completion status, entitlement status, and information needed to restore an eligible purchase. This information is used only to provide or restore purchased features.

6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

• No third-party advertising SDKs are used.
• No personalized advertisements are displayed.
• X Dual Capture does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
• Your camera content is not used for advertising, profiling, facial-recognition databases, or AI model training.

Apple may independently process App Store, purchase, device, diagnostic, or usage information according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Stored Locally

The app may store limited information on your device so that it can operate and remember your preferences, including:

• Selected layout, camera, zoom, and recording preferences
• Permission-related status and interface preferences
• Free-use counters or limit status
• Pro entitlement status or purchase restoration state

Deleting the app may remove locally stored settings. Media already saved in Photos is managed separately by iOS and is not automatically deleted when the app is removed.

8. Data Sharing and Retention

X Tools does not sell personal information and does not share your photos, videos, audio recordings, or live camera content with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

Because X Tools does not upload your camera media to its servers, it does not retain that media. Files saved to Photos remain there until you manage or delete them. Apple may retain App Store transaction records according to its own requirements.

Information may be disclosed where required by valid law or legal process. In ordinary circumstances, X Tools has no access to media stored only on your device.

9. Security and Children’s Privacy

Local processing is designed to reduce privacy risk. However, no device, operating system, storage system, backup, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple Account, backups, and shared media.

X Dual Capture is a general-purpose camera utility and is not specifically directed to children. X Tools does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. Parents and guardians should supervise the use of camera, microphone, sharing, and online services where appropriate.

10. Apple and Third-Party Services

The app relies on Apple technologies and services, which may include iOS, camera and microphone frameworks, Photos, App Store, In-App Purchase, iCloud or device backup, and the iOS share sheet.

These services are operated by Apple and are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies. When you export or share media to another app or service, that third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can manage information related to the app by:

• Changing camera, microphone, and Photos permissions
• Deleting photos or videos in the Photos app
• Deleting X Dual Capture to remove its local settings
• Managing purchases through your Apple Account
• Contacting X Tools with a privacy question

Because X Tools does not maintain user accounts or store your camera media on its servers, it generally cannot access, retrieve, correct, export, or delete media stored only on your device.

Your rights may vary by country or region. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy when the app, law, or operating practices change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or App Store listing where appropriate.

Do not post private photos, videos, purchase receipts, Apple Account details, payment information, or other sensitive information in a public issue.

四、设备权限

相机

相机权限用于显示预览，并使用设备支持的前置和后置摄像头拍摄照片或视频。

麦克风

麦克风权限仅在启用声音并录制视频时使用。你可以拒绝麦克风权限，并继续使用不依赖声音的功能。

照片图库

保存拍摄内容时，App 可能申请照片图库权限。根据 iOS 版本及你的选择，App 可能仅获得添加照片的权限，或只能访问你明确选择的内容。

权限管理

你可以在 设置 › 隐私与安全性 或 设置 › X 同步双拍 中修改权限。关闭权限可能导致对应功能无法使用。

五、App 内购买

X 同步双拍可能提供可选的一次性 Pro 买断。购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。X Tools 不会接收或存储你的完整银行卡号、银行信息或 Apple 账户密码。

App 可能从 Apple 获得有限的交易信息，例如产品标识符、购买完成状态、权益状态，以及恢复符合条件的购买所需的信息。这些信息仅用于提供或恢复已购买功能。

六、分析、广告与跟踪

• 不使用第三方广告 SDK。
• 不展示个性化广告。

七、本地保存的数据

为了运行 App 并保留偏好设置，App 可能在你的设备上保存有限信息，包括：

• 已选择的布局、摄像头、变焦和录像偏好
• 与权限有关的状态及界面偏好
• 免费使用次数或限制状态
• Pro 权益状态或购买恢复状态

删除 App 可能移除这些本地设置。已经保存到“照片”中的媒体由 iOS 单独管理，不会因为删除 App 而自动删除。

八、数据分享与保留

X Tools 不出售个人信息，也不会将你的照片、视频、录音或实时摄像头内容分享给广告商、数据经纪商或营销机构。

由于 X Tools 不会把摄像头媒体上传至服务器，因此不会在服务器上保留这些内容。保存到“照片”的文件会保留至你自行管理或删除。Apple 可能依据自身要求保留 App Store 交易记录。

仅在有效法律或法律程序要求时，相关信息才可能依法披露。在通常情况下，X Tools 无法访问仅存储在你设备上的媒体。

九、安全与儿童隐私

本地处理旨在降低隐私风险，但任何设备、操作系统、存储、备份或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。你需要自行保护设备、Apple 账户、备份及主动分享的媒体。

X 同步双拍是一款通用相机工具，并非专门面向儿童。X Tools 不会通过本 App 有意收集儿童个人信息。家长或监护人应在适当情况下监督儿童使用相机、麦克风、分享和网络服务。

十、Apple 与第三方服务

本 App 依赖 Apple 提供的 iOS、相机和麦克风框架、照片图库、App Store、App 内购买、iCloud 或设备备份，以及系统分享面板等技术或服务。

这些服务由 Apple 运营，并受 Apple 自身条款和隐私政策约束。当你将媒体导出或分享到其他 App 或服务时，相应第三方的条款和隐私政策适用。

十一、你的选择与权利

你可以通过以下方式管理与本 App 有关的信息：

• 修改相机、麦克风和照片权限
• 在“照片”App 中删除照片或视频
• 删除 X 同步双拍以清除本地设置
• 通过 Apple 账户管理购买信息

由于 X Tools 不建立用户账号，也不在服务器上存储你的摄像头媒体，因此通常无法访问、找回、更正、导出或删除仅保存在你设备上的媒体。
